Is the app coming to Android?
We would love that! Developing for Android means creating a whole second app entirely from scratch, unfortunately, so this will be launching on iOS. Once we see how the iOS launch goes, we will absolutely be considering the possibility of Android!
Why isn't my purchase showing up?
You may need to restore your purchase if you switch devices, delete/reinstall the app, switch your Apple ID's, or if you experience a connection error. To restore your subscription you will just need to follow these steps: Make sure you are using the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase + click any feature that is showing as available for purchase + click the 'restore purchases' button under the 'Try Papaya+ Free' button.
How can I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds, so to request a refund you just need to follow this link https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 + scroll down to the section that says ‘Learn More’ + click ‘Request a Refund’. Please fill out our form below if you have had an issue with payment!
